Great position with a short stroll to the beach and tennis courts. Open plan living with ranchsliders opening onto the deck from the lounge. Kitchen has electric oven, vertical fridge (vertical freezer is in the laundry) and microwave. TV in the lounge has freeview. Bedroom one has a king size bed and ensuite, bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has a double/single bunk. The bathroom has a shower, bath and vanity and the toilet is separate. The laundry has a washing machine and tub. Gas BBQ and wooden table and chairs. Dogs permitted strictly outside only (dog bond applies)
