Shoulder season (11th January to 10th February):

$450.00 per night (minimum stay 4 nights/5 days)

Low Season (10th February to 19th December excl. Beach Hop & long weekends):

$400.00 per night (minimum stay 2 nights/3 days)

Beach Hop (Generally the last weekend in March):

$650.00 per night (minimum stay 5 nights/6 days)

Long Weekends (EG: Anniversary Weekend, Waitangi Weekend, Labour Weekend etc):

$450.00 per night (minimum stay 3 nights/4 days)

Please note: Refundable security bond $500, booking fee $50, cleaning fee $130 apply to all bookings.
