Toi Ohomai Student Accommodation. Applications open now for the 2021 Academic year.
The accommodation consists of separate houses which each have two to four bedrooms. The bedrooms are lockable and furnished with a double bed, drawers, wardrobe, study desk and chair. The living areas and bathrooms are shared. The accommodation are fully furnished with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, couches, dining table and chairs, television, crockery, essential cooking appliances and utensils. Students need only provide their own (Mattress protector) & linen.
The weekly fee will cover electricity and water at expected normal levels of use. Students will be expected to meet the cost of any excessive use of water or electricity.
As the rooms are all currently tenanted, it is not possible to go through them, however you can have a look at the style and size of the houses from the street.

All of the properties on Lagoon Place back on to the Windermere Campus and have direct access, the longest distance from the Windermere Campus would be 104 Windermere Drive, and that would be... a whole 100 metres!
If there is a particular house you are interested in, note it under 'Special Requirements' on the application form. If you are attending Toi Ohomai Bay of Plenty Polytech with others that you know, apply at the same time and ask to be placed in the same house. We give no guarantees at this point, but we will try to work in with your requests.
All of the houses are different with different sized rooms. One thing they all have in common - they all have double beds, desks, chairs, dining tables, couches, kitchens with crockery, cutlery, pots & pans microwave, toaster & jug etc, bathrooms, laundry .
