The first fit20 studio opened in the Netherlands in 2009. Today there are more than 120 studios in the Netherlands and they continue to grow. They are in eight countries now including New Zealand. The system is built around short, intensive personal fitness training producing incredible results in only 20 minutes per week. Internationally each studio is independently owned and operated by a franchise owner.
