Situated 10 km from Westport With fresh running water and more than enough pine trees for fire wood this is a good base to start with. Tucked in under the foot hills of Mt Rochfort there is plenty of area out the back for hunting and recreation. The elevated sloping section offers plenty of building sights with some quite good views. Mostly in Manuka but there are some good size pockets of native bush and the all weather access road is a real plus.
