Starting as a small Japanese restaurant in Rotorua in 2002, Katsubi has grown to 17 thriving locations located around the country from Auckland to Christchurch.
Headquartered in Auckland, the Katsubi concept has evolved around the founders dream, for Katsubi customers to win everyday with delicious and healthy cuisine that uses seasonal fresh vegetables, meats, low carb rice and noodles, delivered with ultra-fast service. From the very beginning Katsubi HQ's overarching focus on quality was evident and this continues with a newly established centralised production facility, propriety products and a nationwide distribution model in place.
Katsubi, is looking to take the Katsubi concept to the next level and seeks expressions of interest from parties wishing to enter the Katsubi franchise system.
