We are renting out units B - G which are all 2 large bedroom units which have been insulated and modernised to include a full kitchenette, fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet, and an open plan living area. Kitchenette includes full-size oven. Each unit also has its own check metre for electricity and its own parking area.
You have the option to have your unit furnished or unfurnished.
The tenants will also have use of the tennis courts, basket ball hoops and access to the large grassed area that surrounds and encompasses the complex. There is also a mountain bike track nearby currently under construction.
Water and a gardener is included in the weekly rent.
