ASKING PRICE for each centre will range from $1.8 - $6M.

I have several fully managed Auckland Childcare centres that will potentially sell. All with solid occupancy, fully staffed, well run, in excellent repair essentially turn key opportunities.

Typically childcare centres sell for around 4x 6x EBIDTA for centres this size. A solid number to those not in the childcare industry but it has been the same for the last 10 20 years and I don t see it changing. Childcare models rely on Government Funding for income along with parent fees making it a solid and stable investment moving forward no matter the economy.

Some of these centres need to be sold as a package... i.e 2x $400k EBIDTA ($800k combined) sell price $4M circa.
