This is a single room in a 6 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms with communal living, within a complex of 4 similar houses.
Each house is fully furnished with all kitchenware and a washing machine. A bed, and wall heater in each bedroom. There's a TV in the lounge along with another wall heater.
Each standard room has a single bed, but a double can be put in if AVAILABLE, or you can provide your own bed.
We have a cleaner that comes in fortnightly to clean the communal areas, living, kitchen, bathrooms and floors, but you still have to keep bathrooms & communal areas clean, do your dishes and clean up the kitchen and your bedroom!!
Fees includes power and water. Great for students as its close to the Toi Ohomai BOP Polytech & Waikato University Windermere Campus.
Friendly environment for all students or just a young single person/cpl looking for inexpensive accommodation. Lots of off street parking. No pets.
The cost is $180pw, per single room, for a fixed term (accommodation can be extended past this date).
The cost is $240pw, per double room, if a periodic tenancy is signed (NOT for a fixed term).
