Upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 Queen bed in each room, a full kitchen having fridge/freezer, microwave, oven etc, a spacious bathroom with shower & toilet, good sized lounge/dining room. TV with Free view, DVD player, bring your Sky decoder if you like, also an i-pod (4/4s (needs adaptor for 5 & 6) stereo for your tunes.
The upper level also has sizable East and west facing decks to catch the sun all day sun or wine the evenings away.
Downstairs is equally spacious with its own lounge room featuring another dining table and fridge/freezer, Hot plate on the kitchen bench. There is a 3rd bedroom that has room to spare even with a double bed sized top & bottom bunk (2 x 2) & 1 single sized bunk. Another toilet and shower is located downstairs as is the laundry.
There is NO TV reception downstairs, nor is there internal access up or down stairs.
Please Supply your own Linen needs. The internet connectivity only applies to the area of the property not the property itself, internet or wireless is not provided with this rental, there are hotspots in several place in the town.

Chattels include: Oven, Microwave, Fridge/ Freezer x2, TV, DVD, sky (bring your own card), BBQ, Outdoor Furniture .

FYI:
Please allow a minimum of 5 working days prior to any booking. There is a $59 agent's booking fee, cleaning fee of $90 and a security bond minimum of $400, which is refunded after the tenancy provided the premises is left clean, tidy and undamaged. We also require 50% of the rent up front to secure your booking unless the booking is within the next 60 days then the full amount is due immediately.
No Pets. No smoking.
Check in time for peak is 2pm and checkout time is 10am. Check in time for off peak is 10am, check out 2pm.
