My vendors have made the decision to offer the last 29 sections as a bulk sale, all have the following services either at the gate or in the area. These are all subdivided with their own titles, with covenants protecting the area and future builds.

Power, town water, sewage, phone and gas (I believe the gas and sewage are in the area for buyers to join onto) I advise buyers to do their due diligence.
