Very comfortable open plan kitchen and dining area with the bathroom positioned off the kitchen. The bathroom consists of shower, toilet and vanity. Laundry is located separately. Insulated, heated by a heat pump and double glazed throughout.

This cottage is fully furnished with everything you may need for a medium to long term stay (short term Winter only will not be considered sorry). Located very close proximity to Methven or Ashburton and perfect if you are looking for a quiet and private place to call home. This cottage is located separately to the main house on the property but this is a shared driveway. Parking available next to the cottage for one or two vehicles. No smokers and no pets. Internet is included in the weekly rent but if the internet limit is exceeded additional charges will apply.
