You could almost live off the grid here. There is three tunnel houses to grow veges, four water tanks, chickens and chicken run, just pop in solar and you're good to live naturally. The three plus bedroom villa was relocated 10 years ago and offers a large kitchen and dining area complete with an old fashioned wood stove. The lounge is large and has a fire box for winter as well. There are three double bedrooms and an office (or 4th smaller room), so lots of room for the family. There is a covered back deck where you can host BBQ's or pizza nights using the built in BBQ and pizza oven. Relax in the cottage gardens with your family and friends and have them stay over in the stationary Gypsy Caravans on sight (recently used as an Airbnb). There is a large garage so you can toil away with a cottage industry, painting or creating or hosting people in the large studio (recently used as a yoga studio). All of this is set on about three acres in the country.
