As a group you are required to keep the kitchen clean & tidy during the week and put the rubbish out. There is also a balcony off the dining area which is spacious and sunny.

Room 3 is a double, has an ensuite bathroom and is furnished with the following: Double bed, Built in wardrobe, TV, Desk & Chair, Kitchenette with fridge, toaster, jug & microwave. Linen is not provided. Pets are not permitted and Body Corporate rules apply.
