There are two storage spaces for lease on the property.

The first is a 270m2 open ended agricultural barn, (30 metres long by 9.1 metres wide) featuring a 3.2m mean and a 4.2m stud height. 2/3 of the floor is concrete. This space would suit the long-term storage of machinery or covered vehicles. Drive through access is available.

The second space is a secure, dry 60m2 lined (decommissioned coolstore), with a 2m sliding door approximately 1.8m wide. This space would suit the long-term storage of household items, motorcycles, or appliances.

The spaces are located on a rural property approximately 8km west of Waipawa.
