redefine Home Presentation & Cleaning Services Limited t/a redefine Cleaning is a Napier based company, started by the present owner 25 years ago. Since those humble beginnings, redefine has developed into a reputable operation, working throughout Hawke's Bay including Taupo, Central Hawke's Bay and north to Tutira.
The current services produce a steady income and comprise of:
- Builder's cleans
- Home cleans
- Office cleans
- Spring cleans
- One-off (respite) cleans
- Move-in / move-out cleans

As a result of delivering a high quality service, the business has earned a good brand name and reputation, thus providing solid growth prospects for any new owner. There are 15 staff, eight permanent part-timers and seven casual on-call currently covering the 100 contract hours per week plus all casual work. Including the casual work which comes in ad-hoc the number of hours each week can vary from 130 to 300, the latter being an extremely busy week.
The owner's hours are not demanding, 15 - 20 hours on average per week, with an additional 10 hours end of each month to service the invoicing.
