The Glenorchy Cafe, 'The GYC', is a well-established institution. The business is located in the iconic and historic Glenorchy Post Office building.

The premise is centrally located within the Commercial Precinct with complete main street frontage. The operating area is large, has a private back deck, grass lawn and is conveniently adjacent to the community hall and a council reserve. The rear of the premise is north facing, with unobstructed mountainous views and all day sun, all year round. The building has loads of character and is the only commercial business operating from a historic building in the Glenorchy township.
