The floor area of the factory is 240sqm on a land area of 1,332sqm. A lot of the value in the factory is in the recent chiller and freezer upgrades to Level 6 Export, and food grade licenses.

The large upside for a new license holder is for the large Sea Cucumber quota package which has not been developed and harvested to its true potential.

An option to lease the factory will also be considered.
