Chimney Creek is a young forest being offered as a long term Forest Right opportunity, located on State Highway 2, and only 70 km North of Napier.
The Forest Right would cover approximately 267 ha with carbon also available. Currently the majority of the block is planted in 1 & 2 year old Pinus radiata with the balance in Manuka plantings which can also be included.
Terrain is easy rolling to medium hill country with a vast portion of the forest suitable for ground base extraction. There are numerous 4x4 track throughout making for easy access to the block.
