We are a friendly couple mid thirties with two young boys. We are usually quite busy during the day and weekends and quiet at night. Ideal tenants are quiet and in full time employment of regular hours. No drugs or smoking permitted.

Herald island has an amazing community and we are only minutes walk from the warf for fishing or the beach for kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. 10 minutes to Westgate shops or Hobsonville. Ferries to downtown approx 10min drive away in Hobsonville or West Harbour Marina. Takes approx 25min to get to central CBP without traffic.
