This 614 sqm section is elevated with a relatively flat building site. The sea views from ground level are good but you may build to 8 metres which would give panoramic views of Doubtless Bay. Located on a desirable subdivision this is one of the better sections. Rural views to the west and towards Puheke hill are a bonus. It is an easy flat walk to the beach which is only 370 metres away. Tokerau beach is a safe beach for swimming, and a good beach from which to launch your kayak, paddle board, or to fish from. 17 kilometres long you can find your own private spot here. The Karikari Peninsula is renowned for great fishing and diving and there are lots of beautiful sandy beaches close by. You are spoiled for choice. It is only a 3.5 km drive to the spectacular golf course at the Carrington Resort, and just around the corner from there is the Karikari Winery.
