To support the global growth of their Crossroads brand, Yealands Estate Wines will be expanding its Hawke's Bay grower's base and consolidating their winemaking operations into Marlborough. This has created a unique opportunity for their Hawke's Bay winery and properties which are now for sale.

The boutique winery with successful cellar door sits on the 10.9ha home block and also sources grapes from the 59 hectare Kereru Road Vineyard (SOLD) and the 11.84 hectare Gimblett Gravels Vineyards (one title in three separate blocks).

Crossroads initially was set up as a privately owned boutique wine company in 1987 with the winery built in 1994. In 2001 offices and a barrel hall were added and in 2009 the outside tank farm, receival bin and current refrigeration plant were added. In 2011 Crossroads joined Yealands Estate Wines which included the winery and cellar door together with Kereru Road and Gimblett Gravels vineyards. Today the cellar door is open to the public 7 days a week and attracts over 5,000 visitors a year.
