Layne Harwood is the Country Head of Knight Frank New Zealand. Based in Auckland, he works within the Capital Markets sector and is one of New Zealand’s most successful advisors in the corporate market. Layne’s primary roles outside of overseeing the New Zealand operation of 75 staff, are key client liaison, capital market transactions, advisory and business management. Layne has over 35 years’ experience in the commercial property industry and has developed excellent relationships with local institutions, syndicators and private high net worth investors. Layne holds a Diploma in Property Valuation from the University of Auckland. He is also an Associate member of the REINZ and past president of the Property Council of New Zealand (SI).
