Felicity has been involved in residential, lifestyle and commercial real estate in Central Otago since 1984.  She is a licensed Branch Manager and has had her own real estate company with colleague Bill Marslin. 

Felicity attained the "Multi-millions Club" and "Captains Club" several times while under the L J Hooker Franchise. 

Her length of service provides her with strong "local knowledge" and on going credibility.  She is well known for her up front approach, honesty, trust and enthusiasm.  The amount of repeat business is proof of her credibility.
