Lia's journey in the real estate industry began as the Personal Assistant to the Development Director at one of South Africa's largest property companies. During this time, she played an integral role in the prestigious Melrose Arch mixed-use development project, a sprawling 170,000 square metre residential and commercial development.  

Drawing from her experience in property development, Lia transitioned into the role of a commercial and retail broker. With her in-depth understanding of the local market dynamics, Lia successfully facilitated property transactions, helping clients find their ideal commercial and retail spaces.
