Born and raised on a Mid Canterbury arable farm on the outskirts of Ashburton, Dale attended Ashburton College and then commenced a career in banking that took him to Christchurch, Auckland and London.

After having gained international experience and some travel around Europe the lure of knowing that Mid Canterbury was such a great place to raise a family and the opportunities this region provided resulted in Dale and family returning home to Ashburton.

Since moving back to Ashburton Dale has been involved in the Agri sector having been employed in senior sales and management positions across the South Island with Livestock Improvement, Alliance Group, Delaval and Rural Livestock.

Dales’ professionalism and integrity offers a fresh honest approach with agri, management, and negotiation skills to ensure the best possible outcome for his clients.

Dale is married to Carmel and has three teenage children, Claudia, Henry and Ally. Away from work Dale is involved with following his children’s sporting and cultural endeavours, supporting the local Rugby 1st XV and getting in the odd game of golf.
