Ash recently joined the award-winning South Auckland Industrial team at Bayleys Real Estate. His expertise targets the Manukau and Wiri industrial areas, specialising in both sales and leasing. Equipped with a Commerce degree in Management and Sales, his skills and passion for the industry make him an integral member of the South Auckland office.

Prior to real estate, Ash worked across sales roles for large international FMCG companies. Excelling in these client-facing roles, Ash knew he needed to take the leap and follow his passion for property. Having a strong sales background with plenty of crossover experience, Ash believes transparent communication and strong client relationships build the foundation for successful transactions.

Outside of work, Ash spends the majority of his time challenging himself in all things sport. He has a keen interest in golf, rugby, and cricket, playing representative cricket for Auckland growing up. Ash’s competitive nature, combined with a great work ethic, ensures he is always competing for the best result, both on and off the field.
