John Pritchard joined Bayleys in 2010 having previously worked on the lending team at one of New Zealand’s leading property finance companies and at an investment bank in London.His well-rounded credentials – which also include a Bachelor of Business Studies degree majoring in marketing and enterprise development plus involvement in his family’s property development company – has provided the basis for a successful transition into the real estate agency business.John focuses on sales and leasing in the Lower Hutt and Petone markets where he has made a significant impact, earning a reputation for his strong work ethic and an ability to get deals done.
