Prior to real estate, Sam worked in customer service and was a weight loss counsellor. Skills she gained from these roles that are useful to her career as a salesperson include empathy, listening, tact and diplomacy. She is also very service orientated and believes in ongoing communication throughout the sales process and following up post sale.
