Len is a Rotorua Real Estate Sales Professional, recently returned to Rotorua after living and working for nine years in the South Island as a Manager/Shareholder for a National Corporate. Len is married and has a daughter and two grandchildren who live in Christchurch. Len's wife, Bronnie is a well known registered nurse - Bronnie spent many years in medical circles in and around our fair city of Rotorua.Len's experience stems back to 1995 when he first entered real estate in Rotorua successfully selling auctions and exclusive programmes for the Realty Group based here in Rotorua. Much of Len's vast experience saw him as a top achiever for what was then, the Eves/Harveys Real Estate organization. Although Eves Realty is still represented in Rotorua, Harveys are no longer.To quote Len concerning in real estate 'my passion to succeed is driven by the wants and needs of others - I simply find solutions for people in a hurry to go places - people on transfer, people who are upgrading or first time folk looking for that special service and guidance'.
Best known for thriving on personal service, many of Len's former clients are lifelong friends, even those who have departed the district. While Len was away from Rotorua he and Bronnie lived in both Christchurch and then more recently in Nelson. However, this couple truly missed Rotorua and the Bay of Plenty region, and returned home in February of 2010.
Len re-sat his real estate licence to practice as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, is commercially savvy and professionally trained in marketing. Len represents the peak of real estate professionalism and in business, qualifying in Management to hold a M.N.Z.I.M (Member of New Zealand Institute of Management) Diploma of Achievement.
