Ann has considerable knowledge of the Auckland City apartment market where she has several years experience specialising in this area. She also has widespread experience in selling suburban residences and lifestyle blocks in North-West Auckland. She gained an AREINZ and Grad.Dipl.Bus.Stud. at Massey University in order to gain a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the property arena, and to attain a greater understanding of the market overall. Previous to her real estate career, she had administrative roles within two large corporate companies in Auckland for 15 years, which enabled her to establish many valuable contacts within the City's commercial fraternity. Ann finished an 11 year career with the United Nations Organisation in Geneva Switzerland, in 2001, working in the field of arbitration of intellectual property and domain name dispute resolution. She acquired a sound knowledge of the French language over these years, which is an advantage when communicating with clients from French Polynesian countries.
