Carl is an experienced sales consultant having started in real estate in 1992. Before then, he spent some time as a dairy owner and 18 years in the motor vehicle industry, where he owned two car yards and also spent time as a salesperson in new and used vehicles. After working in real estate in Hervey Bay, Queensland, he returned in 1998 to Todd Real Estate, specializing in Invercargill and the surrounding districts. Carl has a grown up family with sons and daughters scattered around New Zealand and overseas. On a personal level, he’s still interested in motor vehicles and has a caravan at Manapouri, where he spends as many weekends as he can chasing those elusive trout on lakes Manapouri and Te Anau.
