Wayne is the ‘granddaddy’ of real estate in Southland – he’s been selling real estate since 1975 and is the longest established commercial salesperson in the district. Wayne was a partner for 30-odd years in the longest licensed real estate company in New Zealand and is now proud to be part of the Locations’ team – he still loves coming to work every day and seeing what the day will bring. His hobbies include fishing, boating and occasional hunting, but he has to admit he’s primarily a ‘couch’ sportsman.
