An unbeatable work ethic and varied work and lifeskills accumulated from two high-achievement careers saw Bronwyn quicklyestablish a proven record of success once she entered real estate in 2011.

Reaching the top of her teaching profession asfoundation principal of St Matthew’s Primary School in Hastings, Bronwyn managedthe multiple requirements of staff, pupils, parents and officialdom andestablished a sound grounding in business and customer relations.

A career change in 2001 to renovate and sell apartmentsin the highly competitive Gold Coast market in Queensland highlighted Bronwyn’stalent for project management and design.

Nine years later, Bronwyn and husband Noel movedback to New Zealand, combining her experience with his creative and computerskills in a new career in real estate with LJ Hooker in Tauranga. In twelvemonths she had outperformed 90% of the agency’s 650 sales staff.
