Steve graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. His hospitality career began managing restaurants in the USA and New Zealand. This experience gave him a solid grounding for building strong relationships with clients, multitasking and problem solving. Another career change led to Steve managing a self-storage facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Subsequently, Steve was promoted to become a Regional Manager looking after 11 self-storage facilities in the East Coast of the USA. The skills gained while managing these sites included facility and project management, business development, retail sales and arrears management.

Returning permanently to New Zealand in 2006 Steve was a Retail Manager for a few years before the opportunity arose to join the real estate industry with Property Brokers.

Steve came to Property Brokers in 2009 as a Property Manager in the Palmerston North Branch. Property Management was a perfect fit for Steve taking into account his previous work history. A dedication to customer service, a belief in the Property Brokers brand and a passion for the industry has seen Steve work his way through the ranks. As the Central Divisional Rentals Manager for the Manawatu, Horowhenua and Wairarapa – Steve embraces the daily challenges of the role with a determination to offer the best experience possible for both his clients and the teams he manages.

Outside of work,  Steve is a dedicated family man with a wife and two daughters. He is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys the outdoor lifestyle that New Zealand has to offer.
