Noel is our Country & Commercial Specialist covering the Coromandel Peninsula from Whangamata –  Kopu/Thames through to Whitianga – Coromandel.  He originally joined Bayleys Real Estate in 2011 having spent many years in the commercial real estate industry and as Licensee/Principal of Focus Real Estate agency in Auckland for 15 years.

Noel has extensive commercial real estate knowledge and has dealt with a wide range of clientele.  He is experienced in a broad spectrum of real estate transactions and has successfully concluded many negotiations with substantial property development and property investment companies/organisations and corporate entities, at a senior level, whilst acting in a variety of capacities such as agent for the vendor, purchaser, lessor and lessee. This activity includes commercial & industrial investment sales and leasing, property trading, sale of commercial/industrial and residential development land, and project management including sales & marketing of commercial developments. Noel has a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and has been involved in a number of design/build projects with tenants and owner/occupiers.

As a Bayleys agent Noel is able to bring a combination of skills in seeking solutions to ensure clients are taken on a journey that will reward them with a satisfactory result. He is warm and friendly, his approach to life is positive and he demonstrates energy and enthusiasm. Outside of the work environment Noel has interests in a range of outdoor pursuits, both on and off the water.
