James joined Knight Frank New Zealand in 2017 to head the Commercial Leasing and Occupier Solutions team at Knight Frank, with particular focus on assisting medium to large size businesses within the Auckland CBD and greater city fringe. James has over 14 years’ experience in the Auckland market and has developed an extensive network, in-depth market knowledge and the ability to build strong and enduring relationships with a wide range of market participants. He has partnered with a number of multi-national and national companies at both regional and local levels including; Vero, 9 Spokes, Allianz, Aurecon, Spark, Pushpay, nib, Wynyard Wood, Tegel, Nike, Perpetual Guardian, Regus, Fletcher’s, Exxon Mobil, J Walter Thompson (JWT), Munich Re, Woods, Young & Rubicam (Y&R) and Western Union.
