Vivien Ualolo speaks three languages: English, Mandarin and Cantonese along with the international language of real estate. Vivien was born in Taiwan and has lived in New Zealand since 1995, where she launched her real estate career at the age of 22. In addition to six years of experience in residential real estate, Vivien has been involved in commercial sales and leasing, as well as property management. While the bulk of her career was in the central and eastern suburbs, she also sold for a developer in the Ormiston area of Auckland before joining James Law Realty.
