Having been awarded a Bayleys Scholarship in 2012, Kirsten Sanson’s career in residential and lifestyle property sales has been on a steep trajectory with-being involved in sales-to-date now in excess of $46m. 

Kirsten’s strength in marketing is assuredly the foundation of her success with postgraduate marketing qualifications providing invaluable knowledge and previous marketing roles that include Marketing Coordinator for PGG Wrightson and Bonds NZ. Kirsten draws on her skills and knowledge to showcase properties in the best light possible, positioning them ahead of the competition to achieve benchmark sales prices.

Primarily, as for all great agents, Kirsten is a “people person.”  She puts herself in her vendors’ shoes and goes the extra mile to ensure clients have a positive selling experience. Achieving her clients’ property goals is what drives Kirsten.  The best compliment she can get is via the repeat business and referrals she receives.

Kirsten and her husband moved to Tauranga after the Christchurch earthquakes making her especially grateful to be working in the beautiful Bay of Plenty.  She is excited about the area’s growth and the evolving demographic of the newcomers it is attracting.  She welcomes working with people of various backgrounds and cultures to assist with their property needs whether it be apartments, residential or lifestyle.

In her spare time, you will find Kirsten running along the Tauranga Estuary or unwinding with her young family at their Coromandel bach.  To the great delight of friends, she is also a qualified vintner and takes great pleasure in sharing her boutique batches.
