I took on the role of Sales Manager for the BOP & Waikato branches in August 2017. My role as sales manager is to support the 22 business brokers who work out of our two branches based in Tauranga and Hamilton while also continuing to hold a limited number of listings. During this period our LINK branches have continued to grow with record listings and sales over this first year.

One of the benefits of moving into this role has been the knowledge from being a broker to be able to support the brokers in their roles plus be able to select the right brokers to work with vendors in achieving the sale of their business for the best result. I look forward to continuing in this role in supporting the brokers to achieve the best result for our vendors in the future.

I was born and bred in Tauranga and first joined LINK after deciding on a new direction after 26 years in the motor vehicle industry. As Dealer Principal, I gained the Hyundai franchise in 2001 giving myself involvement in dealer development training and extensive training in departmental bench marking through Deloittes NZ which gave me great insight into the financial development and planning of business.

I am married to Lillian and have two teenage boys and outside of work enjoys skiing, surfing and gardening.
