Born in Auckland in the late 1950’s and spending her childhood in the Panmure area has given Julie the ability to attune to people from all walks of life. She married Raymond in 1976 and they have raised three girls and have two granddaughters. They moved to the Waiuku Township in the early 1990’s and are very passionate about the area that they have embraced as ‘their home town’.

Having always worked in sales roles from Car parts (Fiat, Porsche, VW, Audi,) to home appliances and engineering supplies Julie made her move into real estate 8 years ago and found her niche in life enjoying the interaction with buyers and sellers and achieving a fair result for both parties which could prove challenging in the property down turn suffered in the 2007-2012 period. Experiencing a successful career at the firm she commenced with she was always motivated to achieve more and when the opportunity of a Mike Pero Franchise was offered to her it was too hard to turn down.
