Prior to real estate Richard enjoyed careers in administration in plastics, paint sales, accounting and construction. Seven years ago Richard decided to join Barfoot & Thompson Meadowlands branch to help his wife, Linda, in the Rentals/Property Management department and has enjoyed his role as rental assistant for the last seven years. Richards’ diligence and hard working nature has assisted Linda to develop the business to be the top performing rental department in the Eastern Beaches area and consistently second in the company only to the City branch. Richard’s involvement in property management has made him aware of the wants and needs of both prospective tenants and potential landlords. Richard’s biggest achievement in life is being a dad to his two sons. Richard enjoys spending quality time with them and his wife.
