With his beaming smile and approachable nature, Sean Windle (known to many, ironically, as Swindle) is the epitome of a ‘people person’. Sean’s roots date back to his Southland farming upbringing; he lived in Queenstown for 20 years, before moving to the Kapiti Coast in 2015, and since 2006 has dedicated himself to real estate. He approaches life and work with the best interests of others in mind – an ideal trait when you’re looking for advice on property. “I love working in real estate, interacting with different people and achieving the best results for them – there’s an exciting future ahead in Kapiti real estate and I’m looking forward to being a part of it.” Sean is also a committed sportsman and is a proud member of the Paraparaumu Cricket Club and The Wellington/Tasman Over 40's Firehawks. His greatest achievement was being part of the Hawke Cup winning Otago Country cricket team in 2011 and playing for the New Zealand A Over 40's in 2023. He also enjoys working out and running and relaxes by listening to music, catching a film, or simply socializing with friends, admitting he has been known to have a shandy on a hot day.
