Hi, I’m Lisa Lloyd and my speciality areas for business sales are Aged Care, and Health & Beauty.

Aged care facilities, known as rest homes, require a very specialised selling process, and I am proud to have successfully concluded sales in many areas of New Zealand. From experience, I find it can be a difficult decision for rest home owners to sell, thus they need someone extremely competent, professional and genuinely caring to carry through the process. Strict confidentiality is also required, so that a successful sale can result with the least amount of disruption to the business.

My career in Business Broking began in 2013, when I joined the inspirational team at LINK Tauranga office.  After spending 18 years as an owner/operator in a Beauty Therapy business, including 10 years as a natural health practitioner, the decision to specialise in selling Health & Beauty businesses was a natural progression. To date, I have sold numerous Hair Salons and Beauty Clinics in different areas of the country.

Due to being part of the service industry for many years, you can be assured of my excellent ‘people skills’ in being able to communicate and negotiate well with buyers and sellers.  I have the perseverance and determination to achieve results for you, with confidentiality always ensured.

In my spare time you will find me pottering in the garden of our rural property; at the gym, mountain biking, reading or planning a holiday.  My aim is for the perfect balance of hard work and dedication, to relaxing with family and friends.
