Christine Metcalfe commenced her career in real estate over 30 years ago and hence has seen many property cycles come and go. But she says the fundamentals do not change regardless of the market.  Over the years Christine has been involved in selling mainly residential homes and sections and lifestyle blocks, but also sold businesses, commercial and industrial properties.

Having set her professional bar high, Christine has enjoyed a successful property career and has been the recipient of many coveted industry awards, including “Top Office Achiever”- Bayleys Matamata, in conjunction with her team mate Julie Dare for the past seven years.

“While it is nice to be recognised in this way, personal satisfaction comes from seeing our clients realise their property aspirations whether they are selling or buying. Taking the stress out of the equation – or at the very least, keeping it to a minimum – is my job and having been on both sides of the property fence myself, I think I understand the dynamics well,” says Christine.

Having been aligned with the Bayleys brand for nearly 10 years as a member of the Bayleys Matamata team, Christine continues to make deals happen for her clients and keeps involved with her community on other levels as well.
