After completing a Graduate Diploma in Valuation at LincolnUniversity in 2012, Ben entered into commercial agency in the Christchurchinvestment market.

During the past 9 years he has had strong coverage acrossthe commercial sales market, predominately focused on suburban investmentofferings, city fringe residential land and project marketing of multi unitresidential assets. Ben is highly attuned with running successful marketingcampaigns with a number of high profile assets being successfully transactedthrough tightly run and targeted auction campaigns. 

Ben considers himself a relationship broker and prideshimself on long lasting partnerships that lead to referral work and strongbuyer networks.

Outside of work Ben has a young family and loves utilisingthe Canterbury region whilst being a keen golfer, pulling on the whites forSumner Cricket and getting in the hills on his mountain bike.
