I have owned property in Pauanui since 1975, moving to live in the area full time with my wife in 1997. I came to the Real Estate Industry after over 35 years of self-employment, in manufacturing, import/export, distribution and retail, together with medium and major commercial property management, including over 12 years in the Management and development of the Goldfields Shopping Centre in Thames, which provided me with an in depth knowledge of our regions varied business, commercial and residential property market opportunities.
