Kylie and Buddy were great for us. This was our first time selling a house and they helped us navigating through the process that was incredibly stressful. Kylie helped us with dealing with a troublesome tenant and all the issues that came with and this was before we even got he house on the market (over 3 months to get the tenant out). Buddy even mowed my lawns a couple of times while I took far too long to organize the lawn mower guy to keep them maintained! We finally got the house on the market and then the market started its downturn. Kylie was great through all of this reassuring us (which we really needed) that we would get it sold, and we did! We really appreciate everything she did for us and if anyone is trying to decide on an agent to sell their house, then definitely give Kylie and Buddy a call you wont be disappointed!
