Willie Baddeley has been living in Queenstown for the last 8 years having previously being based in Auckland where he was extensively involved in coastal and rural development projects, management of industrial and commercial investment portfolios and project management of the construction of high end residential properties.

Since moving to Queenstown he has been involved in the conception, development and management of two high end rural subdivisions along with management of industrial properties, over this time he has established excellent relationships with key professionals in the Queenstown property sector including, resource consent and property lawyers, property valuers, planners, surveyors, architects, interior designers, engineers, landscape designers, builders and construction companies.

Having been personally involved in the Queenstown property market on both a residential and development capacity he has hands on experience in negotiating the way through the rules and regulations that often influence the success of any project, this along with his knowledge of the Queenstown market positions him well to service the requirements expected from his clients.
