Lifestyle and farm sales of over 262 million and 12,252 hectares (30,262 acres) – selling 96% of the properties he lists (since 2015)

With a focus on the “country” market from the Auckland Harbour Bridge North, John successfully transacted in excess of $262 million and over 12,252 hectares worth of farms, lifestyle blocks, and development land since 2009.

Prior to joining Bayleys John earned a Diploma of Agriculture and a Bachelor of Commerce and Management (Marketing) at Lincoln University. He then went on to work, in senior sales and marketing roles, for a number of companies with involvement in the rural sector, including Monsanto and ASB Bank.
